Note: there are 2 trains of thought for Breaststroke – conventional wisdom says that there should be an up and down body dolphin incorporated into the breaststroke. Newer wisdom as trained by www.swimmingtechnology.com trains a flat breaststroke with very little up and down undulation. Their method trains to lift the head with the neck and keep the body/torso as flat as possible.
