Description:
2 full Breaststrokes on the surface of the water, followed by 2 full strokes in which the body is fully underwater.
Purpose:
Underwater strokes help accentuate all the resistive elements of recovering arms and legs
Without breathing, the underwater strokes help improve timing of the stroke elements
Variations:
- Add the light 1FlexBand below knees to help learn to ‘hide recovery’
- Add Power Bags over the Calves to train the kick to connect the calves for power
- Add Power Bags on feet to focus on hiding
