Description:

Swim normal backstroke or ‘kick only’ drills with a pull buoy between the thighs while kicking.

Purpose:

It is not obvious that one can kick on backstroke with a pull buoy but it is actually quite effective at elongating the legs, reducing the knee bend and improving ankle flexibility.
