How to Use the InHaler

Fix lifting head when breathing
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing toward the stroking arm
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing away from the stroking arm
  • Single arm stroking with opposite hand at a 45-degree angle
Fix an extended breathing
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing toward the stroking arm
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing away from the stroking arm
Improve the head position when breathing
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing away from/towards stroking arm
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm at 45-degree angle breathing towards stroking arm
Improve the timing of breath
  • Single arm stroking with opposite arm down breathing towards stroking arm
Improve workouts
  • Constantly keep the swimmers in check and give the InHaler at them at any point in any set
    • Slow speed- get the head low with one goggle in the water and one out
    • High speed- focus on keeping the low head while going all out
