How to Use the LAT Paddles

 

Improve the engagement the Latissimi Dorsi and the Tres Minors
  • Squeeze the forefinger, thumb and middle finger to maximize the force to the Lats and Teres Minors
  • Swim with the LAT Paddles
  • Pull only with LAT Paddles and an ankle buoy (1FlexBand and pull buoy) to accentuate the rotation

Fix losing the water in the transition from pull to push
  • Single arm stroking one hand up at a 45-degree angle the other stroking
