Combos – Resistance

Combined Dryland and In-Water:

  • Swimming under resistance is ideal both physiologically and from a power standpoint. Here we are swimming with the resistance of the ONE Long Cords while the rest of the group are warming up their technique and power with the Fingertip paddle stretch cords and the Battle of the Beast Ropes with freestyle strokes.
