FLS05 Category: 360 T-Press Body Dolphins with added Strokes (GIF)(Full Video Link)
Note: this is the same drill as FLK02-02 with the add variation of the full strokes
Take 3 body dolphins on the side, 3 on the back, and 3 on the opposite side, then 3 full strokes as you continue the 360 roll to the stomach. Repeat the progression.
Connects the timing of the stroke and front-to-back body balance while developing a stronger undulation from the chest.
