BKS05 Category: Cup stability (half-filled cup on forehead head)
Swim standard backstroke with a half-filled cup of water (or similar item) balanced on the forehead. This can be easier with flat sticky items like an old ‘coin purse’ or such.
Develops a very stable head position. Need to focus on adding maximum rotation to the body with the cup on the head as well as this drill discourages rotation.
